Terms & Conditions

I founded The Cut Meal Prep with one goal in mind and that is giving the customers a rewarding, and enjoyable experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our Terms & Conditions are detailed below, please have a look and contact me if you have any further questions.

Pickup terms:

All customers who will be picking up from our location please remember that orders need to be picked up Sunday between 6pm - 9pm. Meals will not be kept for overnight storage. Upon Arriving for meal pickup send a text message stating you have arrived and your order will be brought out to you. Please direct all questions regarding your order directly to me

Delivery terms:

We ask all customers to please take into consideration our delivery schedule. Deliveries are all made Sunday 6pm - 11pm. Please include any gate codes or specific delivery instructions in with your order especially if you live in a complex or gated community. A text notification at the time of delivery will be made. I am not responsible for theft, rodents, or spoilage during delivery drop off. Incomplete deliveries due to insufficient delivery information will require you to pick up your meals the following Monday at my residence without a delivery refund.

Weight Loss Claims:

The Cut Meal Prep offers and promotes a variety of healthy eating options, but does not guarantee weight loss or health results. All results vary from individual to individual. Failure to achieve weight loss results does not subject you to a refund.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Order cancellations and refunds are not accepted. I am strict on these conditions due to the fact that even though you don’t receive your meals till Sunday there has already been money and labor invested into your order.

Personal Information:

I will not share any of your personal information with solicitors, etc.

Changes To The Site:

I will be making changes to the menu every week adding a variety of meals to the menu. Menu's are not guaranteed to have the same options. New menus are posted every Sunday by 11pm PST. Our custom meal options will continue being available weekly.

Special Requests:

There are no special request with preset meals. If you want to customize your meals I do offer custom meals.
