Our meals can be heated in the microwave, or on a skillet.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
PRO-TIP: Allow frozen meals to naturally thaw in the refrigerator overnight before heating the next day.
MICROWAVE
1. Remove the lid.
3. Remove any condiments.
4. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
*Microwaves below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature.
SKILLET
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Add your meal.
3. Heat for about 5-7 minutes or until the desired temperature.
4. Add condiments.
If you are in a hurry to defrost your meal, we recommend using your microwave’s defrost function for 7-10 minutes and then switching to the regular setting for another 1.5 minutes.
